2011 Patron Membership Form

Dear Friends,
This past year has been terrific in reaching many milestones in the youth program, Scouting program, in the gallery, and with the Museum. We welcomed new Board members and revisited the organization’s structure. Because of support from you and others, the Koshare organization stayed open for the 77th year. We thank you for your support the past years. With your membership comes unlimited visits to the Museum and access to organization information and to staff. Dependent upon the level, you also receive complimentary tickets to Koshare Dancer performances. With your help, we look forward to another successful year.
